By installing or using Little Bloom ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Always follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history. Never start, stop, or change any medicine or supplement based on this app. If you have symptoms that worry you — bleeding, severe pain, reduced fetal movement, or anything else — contact your doctor or emergency services immediately. Do not wait, and do not rely on this app.
Reminders are not guaranteed
Medicine and water reminders depend on your phone's operating system. Android may delay or suppress notifications for battery saving, Do Not Disturb, or when the app is force-stopped. Do not rely on Little Bloom as the only reminder for any medicine that matters. A missed or late notification is a possibility we cannot rule out.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity on your Little Bloom account.
- Provide accurate information — the app's guidance is generated from what you enter, so wrong inputs produce wrong output.
- One account per person. Do not share an account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use it to store content that is unlawful. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Cost
Little Bloom is free. There are no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising in the app. If that ever changes, existing users will be told before it applies to them.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If the service is to be shut down permanently, we will give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
Your data
How your data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may delete your account and all its data at any time — see Delete account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, or for any health outcome arising from reliance on its general wellness information rather than professional medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
